Booking conditions :

• Complete valid credit card number to communicate to us in order to validate the reservation.
• No prepayment required
• Cancellation free of charge up to 3 days before the date of arrival.
• In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the amount of one night’s stay is due.
  
  Arrival (check-in) : From 3:00 p.m.

  Departure (check-out) : Before 11:00 a.m.

You will receive a confirmation email which you must present on arrival.

Booking Guarantee :

For each reservation, the establishment does not charge a fee for the reservation. Full payment for the stay will be requested from the accommodation structure.
The credit card data collected will be kept as a guarantee of the reservation and will only be used in the event of cancellation, late modification, no-show or you have chosen a non-cancellable pre-paid rate.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card.
The reservation can be canceled if the credit card data provided is not valid.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, after having contacted the customer service of our establishment, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on his website www.mtv.travel.
