- Cancelation
The total amount of the down payments will be preserved if cancellation would occur less than 3 days before the supposed date of the arrival. - Arrival
We will make all our possible so that your room is ready as soon as possible. It should however be provided that that will be realizable only as from 01:00 PM - Arrival time
Any reservation is maintained up to 20:00 PM.
Thank you to warn us in the event of late arrival. - Departure
Rooms must be released imperatively before 11:00 AM - Down payment
The reservations are confirmed only when the down payments of the value of a night were paid.
